UFO Sightings: Two Witnesses Filed Report to MUFON About Hovering Black Discs in West Greenwich, Rhode Island

An unnamed couple from West Greenwich, Rhode Island filed a report to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) about their UFO sighting experience in the area. The MUFON Case Management System listed the UFO sighting as Case No. 53853 where the two witnesses recounted seeing and capturing images for evidence of the two black discs that they spotted above the sky.

The couple was able to capture a few pictures of the black discs but when they tried to get a closer look at the mysterious objects, they disappeared.

The couple's UFO sighting experience in the Open Minds UFO News and Investigations report reads: "So me and my Boyfriend were driving down the Highway when I saw two hovering black disks out the passenger window. I told my boyfriend to look and he grabbed a series of pictures showing the objects standing still in the sky (hovering). They were circular and had no lights. We took the next exit and headed towards where we saw them. We had lost them in the trees after taking the exit and by the time we reached the area they were previously above, they were gone. We also saw a helicopter heading in the same direction as we drove closer. This occurred at roughly 5:30pm in Rhode Island."

Currently, Rhode Island has the rating of UFO ALERT 5 where a low number of national UFO sightings. For January 2014, Oklahoma, which is the 47^th highest reporting state, only had one report while the highest reporting state California had 102 reports.

once again Mr amir khan had proven that he is a perfectionist with the movie.He is a killer ,loves the twist shows the extraordinary , rocked with a show named The Great Indian circus. He fooled the movie watching audience for the first half by making the show run at high chases,bike trasformations  and escape artist like a normal guy not like a great artist in D2.He struggles ,eats a bullet ,panics sometimes and runs the whole scene like a engineer who engineers.he uses poetic phrases twice and repeats the one several times . Ultimate twist just before interval. Katrina is just like a model and did not had a lot of script for her . 2 high energitic songs smoothned the audience energy and mesmerired as usaul .Abhishek and ali are same and eats dust infront of him ,just  bikes ,auto ,helicopter ,police car are used by them. No point in asking more from them as we know them in last 2 parts. Of course tragidy struct at last and audience were disappointed in Andhrapradesh or whatever we call it now or left of it.

     After incidents like the above on 
1. Design department of companies should design the bus apart from fire extinguisher ,glass breakage .we need fire sensors and water sprinklers which will even work when drivers escape or  untrained and uneducated,passengers sleep and doors locked by central locking system.

2. Procedures like Online booking ticket agencies like redbus,abhi bus,make my trip etc should check periodically the conditions of bus and permissions from govt .Also they are to be made to come under law as claiming  party after deaths as they are responsible for death of their customer .
                   
3.  Bring these procedures, Give 3 people of  online ticket booking candidates a responsibility who are educated as follows -
--To check the luggage compartment for inflammable materials and overloading by 1st candidate,
--2nd candidate  should check the driver and cleaners health condition like alcohol tests(machine must be  provided at boarding point) , or Simple tests like walk on a line ,,spell words,tell abcde...z,or regional laungauge letters ) ,Fever check simple thermometer,Mental condition by asking simple logical questions like distance-time ,money addition.
--3rd candidate should check the condition of fire extinguisher ,maintenance issue book , sprinklers tank filled with water, over boarding of passengers and sign the papers  before starting at boarding point  and report to complaint authority if anyone board in between with bribing driver through his mobile. These 3 will do the checks perfectly as they are signing their death machines.

4. Bring in procedures like Travels need to halted operations if they failed to meet these standards for three consecutive times of a month in periodic checks for certain period and release them after a 1 r 2 years after getting clearences from court , govt and training centres.

5.Establish the training centers -Train drivers and cleaners weekly for complicated juntions and high speed dangers at dividers ,fire fighting training ,overtaking standards,speed limits ,rules of moter vehicle acts ,jail terms. training centers  like maruthi should also be established at RTA offices and funded .

2 disticts of Telengana at west border can share krishna river when 2 districts of seemandhra at extreme east gets godavari equal share.
