After incidents like the above on
1. Design department of companies should design the bus apart from fire extinguisher ,glass breakage .we need fire sensors and water sprinklers which will even work when drivers escape or untrained and uneducated,passengers sleep and doors locked by central locking system.
2. Procedures like Online booking ticket agencies like redbus,abhi bus,make my trip etc should check periodically the conditions of bus and permissions from govt .Also they are to be made to come under law as claiming party after deaths as they are responsible for death of their customer .
3. Bring these procedures, Give 3 people of online ticket booking candidates a responsibility who are educated as follows -
--To check the luggage compartment for inflammable materials and overloading by 1st candidate,
--2nd candidate should check the driver and cleaners health condition like alcohol tests(machine must be provided at boarding point) , or Simple tests like walk on a line ,,spell words,tell abcde...z,or regional laungauge letters ) ,Fever check simple thermometer,Mental condition by asking simple logical questions like distance-time ,money addition.
--3rd candidate should check the condition of fire extinguisher ,maintenance issue book , sprinklers tank filled with water, over boarding of passengers and sign the papers before starting at boarding point and report to complaint authority if anyone board in between with bribing driver through his mobile. These 3 will do the checks perfectly as they are signing their death machines.
4. Bring in procedures like Travels need to halted operations if they failed to meet these standards for three consecutive times of a month in periodic checks for certain period and release them after a 1 r 2 years after getting clearences from court , govt and training centres.
5.Establish the training centers -Train drivers and cleaners weekly for complicated juntions and high speed dangers at dividers ,fire fighting training ,overtaking standards,speed limits ,rules of moter vehicle acts ,jail terms. training centers like maruthi should also be established at RTA offices and funded .
